Vernard Gant,D.Min, is the Director of Urban School Services for the Association of Christian Schools International. Dr.Gant's department oversees 300 Christian schools throughout the nation that target and serve urban, under-resourced and academically at-risk students.

Dr. Hammill has served as superintendent of schools for two school systems in Michigan. Chris has worked as a chief operating officer for two national networks of charter schools that served very diverse communities across the country.
