The State of Ohio recognizes UrbaNeXt as a Chartered Nonpublic School.  A Chartered Nonpublic school is a private school that holds a valid charter issued by the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce and maintains compliance with the Operating Standards for Ohio’s Schools. This includes:

• Background checks for all teachers and volunteers
